The trust was established in the year 1986 by His Holiness, Sri.Shatastala.Brahmi.Shivamurthy Shivacharya Swamiji, the pontiff of Sri Muttinapende Hiremath(Kalmath),Manvi, with an avowed objective of generating, disseminating and preserving knowledge and contribute effectively to the course of rural development.The trust is dedicated to quality and excellence in academic persuit.

Trust has recognition under section 80(G) of the Income Tax Act-1961.Donations made to the Trust are exempt u/s 80G of the Income Tax act 1961 in the hands of the donors subject to the limits prescribed therein.
